Occupational Therapist - Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy)
PIP ELDER
Pip is an Occupational Therapist with over 11 years of experience. She gained her clinical experience in acute care hospital settings in Australia and the United Kingdom, working in neurology, general medicine, orthopaedics and traumatic injury. She then progressed to working in rehabilitation with aged care, neurology, spinal and orthopaedic rehabilitation within both the hospital and community settings.
Pip moved into the field of Occupational Rehabilitation, Injury Management and Prevention initially within the Workers Compensation scheme and then commenced working within the NSW CTP Scheme in 2004. Shortly after, Pip took on the role of team leader and service delivery manager for a national rehabilitation provider which provided invaluable skills to ensure all team members delivered a high quality service for customers and clients alike.
As founding co-director of OT Rehab Consulting, Pip continues to provide a range of consultancy occupational therapy services including OT Medico-legal Assessments, CTP case management and service provision, activities of daily living assessments and work related assessments. Pip strives to ensure she and the team at OT Rehab Consulting provide an efficient, high quality service to achieve the best health and rehabilitation outcomes for her clients. She has a proactive approach to rehabilitation and a ‘Can Do’ attitude to ensure the results are achieved in a timely and cost effective manner.
